  I don't know about some of the other experiences here but I got great service from Misty working the customer service desk. I'd lost my receipt for a $17 item and she helped me return it, she shared Walmarts policy for returns with out receipts and how the limit is 3 per year and she even showed me some of the benefits of the Walmart application. I found these things helpful because if I lose a receipt again I'll search a little harder for it and if I do in store pick up of my items she showed me it saves my receipt. Thanks Misty!
